How the credit pool works
Your plan ≠ your panelist budget.
Your monthly plan covers everything on the platform — building surveys, accessing analytics, managing quotas. Separately, you fund a credit pool that pays panelists when they complete your surveys. You set the per-response rate when you create each survey, and credits are only deducted when a response is actually completed and accepted.
Credits are purchased via Paystack. Minimum top-up is ₦5,000. Unspent credits never expire and roll back to your account when a survey closes.
